1. What is SpartanX?

SpartanX is an AI-powered security command center that uses autonomous AI agents to automate the entire security workflow. Our mission is to augment technical teams (both Security and Development) by helping them move beyond just finding problems to actively fixing them, putting the human expert back in control.

2. How is SpartanX different from other security scanners or vulnerability management tools?

Traditional tools are designed to find problems, which often results in more alerts, more noise, and more manual work. SpartanX is different. Our AI agents not only find vulnerabilities but also automatically validate them to eliminate false positives and, most importantly, fix them by generating secure code patches and automating pull requests. We focus on the entire remediation lifecycle, not just detection.

3. Who is SpartanX for?

SpartanX is designed for modern technical organizations where security is a shared responsibility. Our platform provides immense value to:

  • Security Teams: By automating manual triage, eliminating alert fatigue, and providing a clear, prioritized view of real risks.

  • Development Teams: By embedding security into their workflow, providing clear context, and delivering AI-generated code fixes to drastically reduce the time spent on patching.

  • MSSPs (Managed Security Service Providers): By serving as a force multiplier in our multi-tenant platform, allowing them to support multiple clients efficiently and scale their security operations.

4. How do I get started with SpartanX?

Getting started is simple. You can sign up for a plan on our website and begin by connecting your first data source, which is typically a code repository like GitHub or GitLab. Our onboarding wizard will guide you through the initial setup and help you run your first analysis.

For Security Teams

5. How does SpartanX help reduce alert fatigue?

This is one of our core strengths. Our AI agents act as an initial line of defense for your team. They don't just report what a scanner finds; they perform an investigation. They automatically validate findings against your environment's context, cross-reference them with threat intelligence, and filter out the vast majority of false positives. This turns thousands of noisy alerts into a short, actionable list of real, prioritized threats.

6. Can SpartanX help with attack path analysis?

Yes. Our agents go beyond individual vulnerabilities. They can model how an attacker might chain together multiple, seemingly low-risk issues across different assets to create a significant threat. This provides you with the context needed to prioritize the fixes that have the greatest impact on reducing real-world risk.

7. How does SpartanX help with compliance and reporting?

Our platform includes a library of pre-built automation tasks. You can use these tasks to generate comprehensive security reports, compliance documentation, and risk summaries on demand. This turns hours of manual data collection and report writing into a single, automated action.

For Development Teams

8. Will SpartanX slow down my development workflow?

No, it's designed to do the opposite. SpartanX integrates security directly into the tools you already use (like GitHub and Jira). Instead of just getting a ticket with a vague vulnerability, you get clear context, proof of exploitability, and often, an AI-generated code fix ready to be implemented. This eliminates the research and debugging phase, allowing you to fix issues faster and with less context-switching.

9. How do the AI-generated code fixes work?

When our agents confirm a vulnerability, our "Fix Generation Agents" analyze the vulnerable code in context. They then generate a secure, functional code patch that adheres to best practices. This patch is presented to you for review. It's designed to be a massive head start, turning a complex security task into a more familiar code review process.

10. What is Pull Request Automation?

Pull Request Automation is the final step in our "find-to-fix" workflow. Once a code fix is generated, you can instruct our AI agent (via a pre-built task or a chat command) to handle the entire PR process. The agent will create a new branch, apply the patch, and open a pull request in your repository with detailed comments explaining the vulnerability and the fix. Your only job is to review, test, and merge.

Technology & AI

11. What are "AI Agents"?

Instead of a single, monolithic AI model, SpartanX is built on a system of specialized, autonomous AI agents. Each agent has a specific role (e.g., Vulnerability Discovery Agent, Fix Generation Agent, Reporting Agent). They work together, much like a human security team, to execute complex, multi-step tasks that you can initiate with a simple command in natural language.

12. Can I trust the AI? How is the "human-in-the-loop"?

Absolutely. Our philosophy is to augment human experts, not replace them. You are always in control. The AI automates the tedious and time-consuming parts of the process—the investigation, the validation, the initial fix generation—but the critical decisions remain with your team. You decide which vulnerabilities to prioritize, you review and approve the code fixes, and you merge the final pull requests.

Integrations & Setup

13. What tools can SpartanX integrate with?

SpartanX is designed to be the command center for your existing toolchain. We currently offer deep integrations with the following platforms:

  • GitHub: For code repositories.

  • Bitbucket: For continuous integration and code repositories.

  • Jira: For project and issue management.

  • Confluence: For documentation and knowledge management.

We are working hard to support many other integrations soon. For the most up-to-date list, please visit our integrations page: https://www.spartanx.ai/integrations

14. How long does it take to set up SpartanX?

Initial setup is fast. You can connect your first code repository and get your first analysis in under 15 minutes. The depth of integration depends on how many tools you want to connect, but our platform is designed for a simple, intuitive setup process.

Billing & Subscriptions

15. What are the different subscription plans?

We offer several tiers designed to match your company's size and needs, from our "Launch" plan for startups to our "Enterprise" plan for large, complex organizations. Each plan offers a different level of features, integrations, and usage limits. You can find detailed information on our Pricing page.

16. How can I change my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly from your account settings within the SpartanX platform. You can upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment information at any time. Changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
