The SpartanX user profile gives you visibility into your personal credit usage, control over where your uploaded documents are stored, and basic account customization. It's accessible from multiple locations in the platform and provides useful operational context at a glance.
Accessing the User Profile
There are two ways to reach the user profile:
Click the credit balance display — this takes you directly to the Usage tab
Go to Settings and click your name — this opens the same profile view
Usage Tab
The Usage tab shows your personal credit consumption within the platform:
Total credits remaining on your license
License expiration date
Current active workspace
Credits used in the current workspace
Usage history is available in three time views: 7-day, 30-day, and all-time. Each entry in the history shows which module consumed credits and how many, with a timestamp. You can sort by newest or oldest and export the history for billing or internal reporting.
Data Storage Settings
The Data Storage tab controls where files uploaded to SpartanX are stored.
By default, uploaded documents — policy files, scan results, and other context files — are stored in SpartanX's internal secure storage. If your organization's data governance requirements mandate external storage, you can connect Google Drive and specify the target folder. When set, all subsequently uploaded files are routed to your Google Drive instead of internal storage.
Supported storage options:
Internal storage (default) — secure, managed by SpartanX
Google Drive — connect your account and specify a destination folder or path
Profile Customization
The profile section allows you to:
Upload a profile picture
Update your first and last name
Profile pictures are displayed when you comment on vulnerabilities or participate in remediation discussions, making it easy for teammates to identify who responded to a specific finding.
