Understanding Your SpartanX License

See exactly what your license includes: user count, credits, concurrent playbooks, RBAC, and deep research agents. Find pricing details at spartanx.ai/pricing.

SpartanX licenses define the scope of what your organization can do on the platform — how many users you can add, how many engagements can run in parallel, and what advanced features are available. Understanding your license helps you plan capacity and make the most of your subscription.

Viewing Your License

Go to Settings > License to see your current license details. The license screen shows everything included in your subscription at a glance.

Key License Parameters

The key parameters defined by your license include:

  • User seats — the maximum number of users you can add to your workspace

  • Workspaces — how many sub-workspaces are included (relevant for multi-tenant configurations)

  • Credits — the total number of credits available for engagements, reports, and agent operations

  • Concurrent playbooks — the maximum number of playbooks that can run simultaneously (e.g., 13 concurrent reports can be generated at the same time)

  • Concurrent engagements — how many red team or penetration test engagements can be active simultaneously

  • Plans per engagement — the number of agent swarms that can run in parallel within a single engagement

  • Deep research agents — whether deep reasoning mode is enabled for your license tier

  • Advanced RBAC — availability of granular role-based access control

  • License validity — start and end dates for your subscription

Concurrent vs. Total Limits

Concurrent limits control how many operations can run at the same time — not how many you can run in total. For example, a license with 3 concurrent engagements and 13 concurrent playbooks means:

  • You can run 3 red team engagements simultaneously

  • You can generate 13 reports at the same time

Once an engagement completes, a new slot opens. There is no lifetime cap on the number of engagements you can run — only a concurrency limit.

License Tiers

SpartanX offers multiple license tiers to match different organizational sizes and security program maturity levels. The license displayed in the Settings view will show the tier name (e.g., Enterprise Core) along with its specific parameters.
